REGULAR BOOKINGS All appointments must be reserved via credit card, and we encourage our clients to book as far in advance as possible to ensure desired appointment times and services. Large groups, such as corporate or family/wedding parties are most welcome. The entire facility is available for reservation to accommodate special functions, given proper notice. Please contact our front desk for more information about our packages and group rates. We recommend booking a group of 10 or more at least four weeks in advance. We also specialize in corporate and group bookings. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES We require that all cancellations or changes to an appointment be made at your earliest convenience. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no refunds for missed appointments. If you wish to reschedule, we are happy to offer this service at no charge, so long as it is done prior to 24 hours before the appointment. PARKING Accessible, abundant underground parking is only steps away from Nefér Spa. SCHEDULING To assure that you receive the time and day best suited to your schedule, we suggest that you take a moment to make your next appointment before leaving Nefér Spa. We offer email or telephone reminders of your appointments for your convenience. PUNCTUALITY Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check in and optimal relaxation. In case of lateness, if the service allows, it will still be provided in the allotted time remaining. CELL PHONES We ask that you turn your cell phone or the ringer volume off when entering Nefér Spa, so not to disturb the serenity of the environment and other guests. If you wish, you may store your personal belongings in one of our secure lockers in the women’s/men’s change rooms provided. SHOWERS/FACILITIES Nefér offers luxurious change rooms (handicap accessible) that feature hand-designed mosaic tile, plush clean towels, signature shampoos, conditioners and sumptuous lotions. ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES Please inform your practitioner if you are sensitive to aromas and particular emollients which may be used in our treatment rooms or the Spa. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Also, please alert us in advance to any allergies so that we may prepare before your visit to Nefér Spa. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Nefér Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items while you are a guest in our facility. However, we do offer secure storage lockers so that your possessions are securely locked. You will receive your own key to allow access to your items at any time during your stay at the Spa. RETURN POLICY Original packaging and receipt are required for all returns. Exchange or store credit will be given but we do not offer cash refunds.
