Nina Gart is a passionate entrepreneur and educator. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Moscow University. She is proud to be a fourth generation member of a family with a keen interest in medicine.

In 1998, Nina began a new career as an esthetician. That year, she completed her first Hot Stone Therapy course, which brought about an enormous change to her life. Nina continues to perfect herself both as a healer and educator. She became a Reiki Master in 1999 and integrates many therapies in her practice, including reflexology, crystal healing, Raindrop therapy, aromatherapy and Thought Field Therapy.

Nina’s method of Stone Therapy is based on a culmination of Reiki energy work, Shiatsu meridian principals and Reflexology Zone therapy. The technique also incorporates Swedish relaxation massage. Nina has previously taught her Stone Therapy technique at Wild Rose College of Natural Healing in Calgary, Alberta. Since developing this unique form of Stone Therapy, Nina has added several levels and incorporated other healing modalities with hot and cold stones, such as Physiotherapy with Hot and Cold Stones Raindrop Therapy and Reflexology with Hot and Cold Stones. Nina’s work has been featured in magazines, television and at health and wellness expos.

Along with managing Canada’s most unique beauty and wellness Spa, Nina continues to teach classes at the Stone Therapy School and other holistic, massage and esthetic schools, colleges and Spa’s across Canada and Europe. Her goal is to bring the knowledge of healing, anti-aging and natural therapies to people all over the world.

ANNA NIRO
Aroma Therapist and Natural Perfumer

Anna Niro is an Aroma Therapist and Natural Perfumer. In her aromatherapy practice, she assists people in maintaining good health and healing through the use of essential oils. Essential oils are natural aromatic plant oils that are extracted from plants, such as, flowers, trees, herbs, spices, and fruit peels. These therapeutic oils are said to contain the “Life Force” of the plant and are used for physical, psychological and spiritual imbalances. Aroma therapists apply or instruct other on how to apply essential oils in a variety of ways. Some of these applications include: massage, on the skin via face, hair and body, through lotions, carrier oils, the bath, foot bath and inhalations. Inhalations can take the form of a spray, steam or perfume.

In Anna’s perfume practice, the art of perfuming is done with an intent and enchantment, personalized for each individual. Personalized perfumes take you on a magical journey of transformation, allowing one to shift core belief systems that can create life blockages. Enchanted transformations are a powerful, but gentle way to walk in tree beauty. Custom perfumes are made actively with the customer using essential oils, infused plants, plant essences and gemstones. All of these things are chosen by the customer with some guidance from Anna, some tools of divinations and a little help from the fairies! The customer has a choice of many bases for their perfume, they are: jojoba oil, alcohol, wine, bees wax or perfume paste. This also applies to the Ancient Body Perfuming.

The Ancient Body Perfuming is a combination of Egyptian, Roman, Moroccan, and Druidic practices, with again the art of enchantment. A personalized scent is created and then applied as a full body treatment layer upon layer. Once the products are applied, one has the option of continuing with some energy and crystal work to help balance the chakra system. The treatment ends with a perfumed smoke around the individual and through the hair and clothes, if one chooses. Once finished, I will encourage a period of rest for a few minutes, to allow for rebalance of the body and a general sense of well being.
